jiliif Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliif ("jiliif," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliif.org. By registering an account, accessing the jiliif platform, or using any product or service offered by jiliif, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the jiliif platform. Continued use of jiliif following any published update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account with jiliif, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jiliif strictly complies with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino gaming in the Philippines. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of jiliif or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiliif, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jiliif reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiliif may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the jiliif platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account suspension. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) — strictly confidential.
• Notify jiliif immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jiliif is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your jiliif account, whether authorized by you or not, unless jiliif has been notified of a security breach and has failed to act within a reasonable timeframe.

jiliif reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

All transactions on jiliif are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliif supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction within your jiliif account.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliif wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
• jiliif does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before jiliif can process any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued Philippine ID.
• Withdrawals to GCash for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour during support hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM PHT).
• jiliif reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud review or incomplete verification.
• Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

jiliif offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players with active, verified jiliif accounts in good standing.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each specific promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and displayed in your jiliif account.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino and slots may contribute at different rates. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry dates are shown in your jiliif wallet.
• jiliif reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing players who have already accepted a promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") — may result in voiding of bonuses and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliif platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and reporting to PAGCOR:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with jiliif in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or harvesting data.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Players who discover such errors must report them to jiliif support immediately and must not attempt to benefit from them.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding jiliif or other players.
• Using a jiliif account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Registering with false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from jiliif's platform, games, or software components.
• Accessing jiliif from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to obscure your location.

All content on the jiliif platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of jiliif or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliif platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any jiliif content without prior written consent from jiliif.

jiliif collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using jiliif, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliif implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls to protect player data. However, no online transmission is completely secure, and jiliif cannot guarantee absolute data security.

jiliif is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining the highest standards of player protection required under PAGCOR's licensing conditions. jiliif provides the following player protection tools, accessible from every account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to manage your gaming budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your jiliif account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All jiliif accounts are restricted to players 21 years of age or older. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jiliif platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet disruption, or platform downtime.
• Loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain credential security.
• Any financial decisions made based on information published on the jiliif platform.

jiliif's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. jiliif operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute between you and jiliif, you agree to first contact jiliif's customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published dispute resolution process, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

jiliif reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible at jiliif.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of jiliif following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
